ZEBU COMPASSIONATE FARMING
"The farm is meant to feed all beings not just humans"

"Farms should have trees, as they communicate at the deepest root levels"
- Navendu Sharma, Afforestt
"Jeevamrit or beneficial team of microbes helps those farmers, who mulch"
- Nachiketa K, Soil Ambassador
"In Indian Culture, we begin our day by sharing our fruit & veggie peels with the desi cow - that is segregation & composting taken care of together"

Each land that follows the Zebu Compassionate method - plants at least 3 native trees, a native mixed grassland with medicinal and aromatic plants to feed a local breed of cattle (and with it rest of the beings above and below the soil) and a maximum of 85% space can be dedicated for SPNF model of agriculture.
All work is done with minimum water (suitable for drylands) and minimum tillage as recommended by the UN. #NoTractor, #NoChemicals, #NoCides
STEP 1 - CREATING THE
5 ELEMENTS SOIL
Zebu Compassionate Farming
focuses on soil and considers
yield as incidental to maintaining
healthy soil.
5 elements soil feeds all beings -
as it is thriving with diverse life.
STEP 2 - DETOXIFYING
THE SOIL
Herbicides etc 'lock up' the
nutrients of the soil and make it
unavailable for any greens to
grow. Detoxifying soil by use
of Ayurvedic 'gaumutra' based
medicine is vital Step 2.
STEP 3 - COVERING THE
BARE EARTH
Any uncovered soil loses its SOC
(Soil Organic Carbon) due to
direct sunlight and converts to
Green House Gases. Step 3
protects the soil with mulch,
trees, grasses or cover crops.
